Working Hours: Full Time working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Managers in delivering a safe, compliant, and effective care service across both our Home Care and Specialist Care divisions. You will play a critical role in:

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a compassionate, organised and driven leader with:
? Experience in domiciliary and/or specialist care
? Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality, risk assessments, and person-centred planning
? Excellent communication and team leadership skills
? A proactive approach to service delivery, quality and staff wellbeing
? NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care – or willingness to work towards it
? Strong IT literacy including Microsoft Office and care systems (e.g. PASS, QCS, Care Planner)
? Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
