You will join a regional leadership team, contributing ideas and progressing towards a Level 5 qualification, with opportunities for further responsibility and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a residential children0s home at Senior/Deputy Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience managing or supporting budgets and staff rotas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a residential children0s home within a regional network.
• Contribute to development of a therapeutic model of care.
• Attend leadership and regional meetings and supervise staff.
• Support progression through Level 5 qualification and future leadership duties.
