Job summary

S.N.G Healthcare Group LTD is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager for a 3-bed Children's Residential Home in Telford. You will lead the care team, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure safe, high-quality support for young people with EBD.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care is required.
• Level 5 qualification desirable or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience in a Children's Residential Home is essential.
• Strong leadership ability to motivate and support a care team.
• Experience with EBD or complex needs.
• Understanding safeguarding and child protection policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the home and ensure high-quality care.
• Lead by example and support the care team to deliver consistent, safe practice.
• Collaborate with families, social workers and external professionals to secure positive outcomes.
