SGS-Care-Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Children's Home. The role will involve leading the team, ensuring safeguarding, and supporting care planning for young people aged 8-17 with EBD.

You will work alongside the Home Manager to maintain a safe, supportive home environment across shifts, including evenings and sleep-ins. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year as a Senior Residential Care Worker, Level 3 Diploma in CYW and QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management, plus a UK
