Care UK’s Ridley Manor is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead the home and support the Home Manager, ensuring high-quality care and strong governance. You will inspire nursing and care colleagues, oversee the delivery of pastoral care, and uphold standards across the home.

You will work with teams to support residents with complex needs, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong relationships with residents and families in a caring environment.

Formación

• Proven line manager in a care home setting.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Experience upholding care standards and governance.

What you'll do

Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality pastoral care.

You will focus on residents with complex needs, so it's vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far-reaching decisions and maintain the highest levels of governance, whilst regularly auditing practices and procedures.

Who you are

As a proven line manager in a care home setting, you will be keen to develop your leadership skills and knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement.
