Job summary

The Plough Inn, a Fuller’s pub in West London, is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead daily operations and coach front‑of‑house and kitchen teams while upholding Fuller’s values of doing things the right way and family culture.

You will oversee service on busy days, ensure quality dining, manage staff welfare, and participate in training programs; this role offers induction and access to Fuller’s benefits platform and Wagestream, with opportunities to grow within Fuller’s pubs and hotels.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality management.
• Ability to motivate staff and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
