We’re looking for an experienced,

confident and values-led Deputy Manager to join our brand-new team at Elizabeth Close in Oldland Common. This bespoke

Support is typically delivered on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, depending on the needs of each

individual.

About the role

As the Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service,

supporting the Registered Manager and helping

lead a team that provides safe, structured and person-centred

support. You’ll help ensure high-quality practice, strong communication and a consistent approach across the staff team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Registered Manager with the daily operational running of the service

  • Overseeing rota planning, shift coordination and staff allocation

Supporting MDT communication, family involvement and partnership working

  • Helping maintain a safe, structured and enabling environment for residents and staff

This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week, offering up to £34,000 per annum.

Shifts may include occasional evenings, weekends or on-call duties depending on service need.

What we’re looking for

To ensure the right leadership for this complex and specialist service, applicants must have:

supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism

  • Experience working with behaviours that

challenge or complex risks

supporting people to leave hospital and build safer, happier futures in the community.

We offer:
