There will be challenges along the way, but there will also be the smallest moments that feel like huge victories.

Our client's homes support young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, with the aim of achieving the very best outcomes. Their holistic approach ensures every aspect of a young person's development is supported, with multidisciplinary teams including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and other clinical professionals working together to deliver positive outcomes.

  • Up to 7 weeks' annual leave

  • Excellent opportunities for career progression and internal promotion

  • Flexible benefits package, including options to increase or decrease holiday allowance, pension contributions and life insurance

  • Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing support

  • Medical cashback scheme for dental, optical and other healthcare costs

  • Meals provided whilst on shift

  • Modern, well-equipped working environment

Bring your whole self to work

Our client celebrates individuality and believes diverse teams create the best outcomes for young people. Their young people come from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, and they are committed to building a workforce that reflects this diversity.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career within a growing organisation where you'll be supported to reach your full potential.
