Job summary

Tenpin - Dundee is seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee daily centre operations, ensure a fun customer experience, and lead a large team in a dynamic leisure venue.

You will deputise for the General Manager, drive sales and profits, develop staff, and uphold policies while delivering exceptional entertainment for families across bowling, escape rooms, karaoke, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• Have experience in leading and developing large teams.
• Determined, enthusiastic and patient.
• Ambitious and eager to progress.

The Role
