We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day‑to‑day management of our Ashfield Care service. About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you will lead and support care teams to ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with agreed care plans, quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in managing staff performance, service delivery, resources, and safeguarding responsibilities, whilst maintaining a strong focus on the wellbeing and independence of the people we support.
