Job summary

Start Monday Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a 4-bed therapeutic children’s home in Maidstone, Kent. You will work alongside the Registered Manager to lead the team, maintain high standards and support day-to-day running of the home.

Essential qualifications include a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and a willingness to progress to Level 5. A full UK driving licence and strong leadership are also required. Salary £35,000–£39,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a children’s residential setting.
• Senior or Deputy Manager experience.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare – essential.
• Level 5 qualification, or willingness to work towards it.
• Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
• Full UK driving licence.

Working alongside the Registered Manager, you’ll help lead the team, maintain standards and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home.
