The Crown, a popular pub in the heart of the East End overlooking Victoria Park, is seeking a motivated Deputy Manager to lead our friendly team and uphold exceptional guest service and food quality.

You'll develop staff to deliver memorable experiences across events, Sunday roasts, and daily service. We offer internal career progression, training, free meals, generous holiday, staff discounts, pension and share save schemes.

The Crown is a cool and popular local pub in the heart of the East End, overlooking the beautiful Victoria Park. Recently refurbished, our stunning spaces are set over two floors.

What we look for in a Deputy Manager:

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Deputy Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful Deputy Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
