Job summary

Toby Carvery Shiremoor, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in running the site and delivering memorable guest experiences.

You’ll inspire teams, coach service, and lead by example, helping guests feel welcome and ensuring targets are met. Join a brand famous for the roast, with strong progression and a welcoming team.

Job description

As Deputy Manager at Toby Carvery - Shiremoor, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.
