Job summary

Aldi in Newquay is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to help run a busy, fast-paced retail store. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, deliver great customer service, and lead your team to achieve targets. You’ll train colleagues, check displays, monitor stock, manage till operations, and uphold Health & Safety standards.

This role offers real responsibility and a clear path toward store management for motivated leaders. Experience in quick-service retail and cost control is valued.

• Experience managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
• Skilled in time management and cost control.
• Strong customer service and compliance skills.
• Previous Store Management experience is a plus but not essential.
