Job summary

Aldi is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Newtown, Wales, to support the Store Manager and lead a small team in delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage deliveries, handle queries, and organise shifts while focusing on people management and achieving operational goals.

Responsibilities include engaging staff, meeting KPIs, stock control, and maintaining health and safety standards, with till accuracy and cash handling as part of daily duties. Flexible hours available.
