Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a driven Deputy Manager for Sailors Arms in Newquay. You will inspire and empower your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, while supporting the General Manager to realise the venue's vision.

You will maintain consistent standards, foster an inclusive environment for guests, and contribute to the venue's vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that Stonegate is known for across the UK.

Venues is the party animal of Stonegate Group. From iconic nightclubs such as Ark or Rosies to our fantastic LGBTQ+ bars across the UK or Latin London venues to retro-tastic clubs, there is quite literally something for everyone!
