The Bridge Tap, a Stonegate Group pub near Borough Market in London, is seeking a motivated Deputy Manager. You will lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, support the General Manager, and uphold consistent service standards across all areas.

We champion an inclusive, friendly atmosphere and offer development programmes, bonus opportunities, staff discounts, flexible working, and other benefits. Applicants must be 18+ due to alcohol licensing.

Formación

• Hospitality leadership experience or training preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet service standards
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
