Job summary

Dukes Head, Billericay, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Deputy Manager to assist the General Manager in running the site and inspiring the team to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will play a key role in training staff and maintaining high standards of service.

Job description

As Deputy Manager at the Dukes Head Billericay, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.
