Aim Recruitment is recruiting for a Deputy Manager for our client based in Linford.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record working in a young peoples home for a new challenge within a beautiful 3-bed childrens home and bringing your skills and knowledge to the table!

Job Role
  • The home specialises in supporting young people ages 11-18 years that have been subject to childhood trauma.
  • Being a proactive member of the management team that can perform well on the floor supporting their staff with the young people and being able to complete care documents and risk assessments to a high standard.
  • Make a house a home for all the young people to improve their everyday living to be fun and full of joy!

Requirements
  • 3 years experience in a position relevant to the residential care of young people (children)
  • 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff.
  • NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young Peoples work force.
  • Most of all, professional but personal individuals that can improve the lives of each young person within the home to the best of their abilities.

Competitive Salary up to £35,840 (including sleep-ins).
