Job summary

First Edition is looking for a driven Deputy Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a lively pub environment. You will inspire, coach, and develop staff while ensuring service excellence and value for money for every guest.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to implement the venue’s vision, uphold brand standards, and maintain consistency across operations such as service, food quality, and safety.
