Meadow View Residential Care Home in Hersden, Canterbury, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager, lead colleagues to deliver personalised, high-quality care, and build trusted relationships with residents and families.

We offer 33 days of annual leave pro rata, sick pay linked to service, and a pension matched up to 7%. Sanctuary Care is not-for-profit with Investors in People Platinum status and a commitment to staff development and wellbeing.

Qualificações

• Clinical experience in a nursing/aged care setting.

Your role

Your skills

• Clinical experience in a nursing setting
• Supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others
• Warm, approachable and able to build strong relationships
• Confidence working as part of a team in a busy care environment
• Full driving licence, with access to a vehicle desirable
