Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd in London is seeking a Deputy Manager to support and lead our domiciliary care team in Greenwich & West Wickham. You will provide continuity and leadership for clients and staff, ensuring high-quality home care.

You will communicate with service users and families, monitor standards, and help drive training and development. A Level 3 leadership and management qualification or equivalent, plus at least 1 year of managerial experience in care, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Health and Social Care leadership and management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year managerial experience in the care sector.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Willingness to provide support with personal care and domestic tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive voice for the service, communicating with service users and families with dignity.
• Deliver services effectively with monitoring procedures to maintain standards.
• Provide management and leadership support to all staff.
• Coordinate training opportunities for all staff groups.
• Maintain links with commissioners, service users, relatives and social work teams.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and strive for high care standards.
• Be on-call as required (Level 3 leadership and management desirable).

We are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to support and lead our domiciliary care team in Greenwich & West Wickham. • Being a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-cantered way
• Deliver services effectively and efficiently and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met
• Provide management, leadership, and support to all staff
• Must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with dignified personal care and domestic tasks.
• Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders regarding the provision of services including commissioners, service users, relatives, social work teams etc.
• Ensure that staff are trained for their roles and responsibilities and that all groups of staff within the team have access to appropriate training and learning opportunities.
• Put in place measures to comply with CQC regulations and work to achieve the best care standards possible
• On call duties
  Level 3 in Health and Social Care leadership and management or equivalent desirable
• At least 1 year managerial experience working in the care sector
• Full UK driving license
