Job summary

The Castle, Tooting, part of Young's Pubs, is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead our busy pub team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, train staff, manage service standards, and drive guest satisfaction as we refurbish and grow. Qualifications

• We are looking for a motivated Deputy Manager with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff to maintain high service standards.
• Experience in a busy hospitality or pub environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

We are The Castle, Tooting. We are a big, busy pub in the centre of Tooting. Right next to Tooting High Street and on the high street we are famous for good time, party vibes and busy days.

From food events, DJ's and busy football and rugby days we have it all. The weekends are always where the party is held and it is a peak time for us. Our legendary pub quiz is also lively on a Wednesday evening.

We are expecting a major refurbishment in the new year so exciting times for an experienced assistant manager or current Deputy manager to come and join the team.

This also is a live in position for the right candidate.

As the successful Deputy Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
