Job summary

The Landmark London is seeking a passionate Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead the Winter Garden Restaurant team, ensuring five‑star service for guests and colleagues alike.

You will supervise and train staff, drive food and beverage knowledge, manage inventories and bookings, and uphold AA and LQA standards while delivering memorable moments. This permanent role requires flexibility to work at least 40 hours per week and offers extensive benefits, staff discounts, and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams in a high-end setting.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
• Ability to manage stock, orders and inventories efficiently.
• Excellent guest communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and cross-train team members to uphold service standards.
• Drive F&B product training and master classes for the team.

We are currently looking for a passionate Restaurant Assistant Manager, to join our Winter Garden Restaurant on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Supervise and cross-train team members, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of menu items, AA and LQA service standards, and safety protocols
• To drive food and beverage product and service training and Master classes to ensure up to date knowledge of product for all the team members.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels for breakfast supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels
• To be fully aware of all guest’s bookings, all their dietary requirements and their special occasions and to make sure that all team members are up to date with the booking status.
• To be fully aware of all F&B Promotions in place for all the F&B Areas in the Hotel and to communicate them to team and to guests when appropriate.

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
