Stonegate Pub Company is seeking a driven Deputy Manager for The Bridge Tap, a vibrant venue near Borough Market in London. You will motivate the team, drive performance, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will support the General Manager, maintain standards, and foster an inclusive environment where guests and colleagues feel welcomed and valued. The role suits a hospitality professional who enjoys a fast-paced setting with great beer and sports.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality management preferred.
• Able to lead a team and drive performance.
• Knowledge of legal requirements for alcohol service.
