Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for The Bridge Tap, a lively pub located near Borough Market in London. You will inspire and empower your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, support the General Manager, and uphold our standards and procedures in a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, team motivation, and a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport, with the Bridge Tap offering a cosy atmosphere and a strong community vibe.
