Job summary

The Range in Dereham is seeking a Deputy Manager to join our store leadership team. This on-site, full-time role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, oversees staff, and maintains presentation and service standards.

You will help with scheduling, stock control, merchandising, and compliance checks while fostering a positive, safety-conscious environment for customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily running of the store and lead the store team on shift.

Role Description The Deputy Manager role at The Range in Dereham is a full-time, on-site position supporting the Store Manager in the daily running of the store.
