Job summary

Wadworth is a family business seeking a Deputy Manager to join our pub management team. You will support the manager, lead front- and back-of-house teams, and ensure outstanding customer service while monitoring costs and compliance.

In the absence of the venue manager, you will take full responsibility for running the pub, delivering a great guest experience, and upholding Wadworth's values of real brewing, real pubs, real people.

As Deputy Manager you will work as part of the management team to ensure the smooth and successful running of the pub, support the manager, build & lead the team, deliver outstanding customer service, control all costs and ensure all areas of compliance are adhered to. As deputy you will be capable of taking full responsibility for every aspect of running the pub in the absence of the manager.
