Job summary

Wadworth is seeking a Deputy Manager for one of its pubs in Cirencester, United Kingdom. You will join the management team to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver a fantastic guest experience.

You will support the manager, help build and lead a cohesive team, and strive for outstanding service while managing costs and maintaining compliance. We welcome focused, reliable applicants with a good sense of humour to join the Wadworth family.

As Deputy Manager you will work as part of the management team to ensure the smooth and successful running of the pub, support the manager, build & lead the team, deliver outstanding customer service, control all costs and ensure all areas of compliance are adhered to. As deputy you will be capable of taking full responsibility for every aspect of running the pub in the absence of the manager.
