Job summary

Ladybird Nurseries in Bromley is seeking a Level 3 (or higher) Nursery Deputy Manager to join our new setting. You will support the management of the nursery and lead a dedicated team to ensure exceptional care and development for every child.

We are looking for a Level 3 (or higher) Nursery Deputy Manager to join our new nursery in Bromley. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the growth of a nursery.

The ideal candidate for this Nursery Deputy Manager role will be someone who loves working with children in the early years and has some experience with the management of a nursery. We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude and the willingness for every child in your care to succeed. The role would suit someone who has experience of working in more senior roles in the early years, particularly as a Nursery Deputy Manager, or a Room Leader looking to take the next step in their career.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• have a minimum of three years experience of working in a nursery
• be passionate about working in the early years
• be able to work as part of a team and use your own initiativ
• have a Level 3 (full and relevant early years) or higher qualification
• have commitment to your role
• have a fun, can-do attitude
• have previous experience as a Nursery Deputy Manager (desirable), or in a senior role within a nursery (Room Leader or higher)
