Job summary

Bathampton Mill is seeking a proactive Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in delivering an outstanding guest experience at a Premium Country Pub. You will lead by example, mentor your team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across service, food and hospitality.

As Deputy Manager at the Bathampton Mill, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site.
