Job description

Fertility Talent are working with a rapidly growing IVF clinic in the Southwest of England to find a passionate and skilled Deputy Lab Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting time to be part of this dynamic clinic, which is currently undergoing significant investment. Role Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with the Laboratory Manager and the wider Embryology Team to ensure all procedures are carried out precisely and in full compliance with HFEA and CQC regulations.
  2. Take a patient-centred approach, actively engaging with patients throughout their journey. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential in this role.
  3. Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous development—both for yourself and your team—as you help to shape the future of the clinic.
Skills and Experience Required:
  1. You must be a qualified Clinical Embryologist with solid experience in the fertility sector.
  2. Registration with the HCPC and ISCI training are desirable but not essential.
  3. Biopsy training is essential for this position.
  4. Previous experience in a Deputy Lab Manager role is advantageous, but we also welcome applications from experienced Embryologists or Senior Embryologists looking to take the next step in their career.
  5. Experience from both the Independent Sector and the NHS will be considered.
