We are searching for a talented Laboratory Lead Technologist
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day shift with some on-call rotation; 8:00am - 4:30pm (variable start times)
Location: Tobey Hospital – Wareham, MA

Under general direction of the Manager, Laboratory Site or designee, perform various duties to support and in support of the Laboratory/Pathology Department. Perform laboratory analyses and identify critical or unexpected results, consult with vendors to troubleshoot malfunctions, investigate all incidents, document and report all findings. Serve as department resource, prioritize and schedule staff assignments, prepare and present at least 4 in-service trainings annually, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards including POC programs and OSHA regulations. Perform other related duties within the scope of position as required or assigned.
USD $37.37 - USD $49.32 /Hr.
