Job summary

The Fellows House in Cambridge is seeking a Deputy Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations and support the Housekeeping Manager. You will ensure guests feel like family, drive cleanliness, and help the team grow by embracing new skills and values.

• Front of House Areas quality checked against set criteria.
• Arrival bedrooms set and ready for our guests.
• Training of current and new team to allow self-growth of the team.

The Role

To oversee the housekeeping operations and assist the Housekeeping Manager. The Deputy Housekeeping Manager will Ensure our Guests feel like they are our extended family. They will assist with making The Fellows House Glisten, whilst allowing the team to display their existing talents whilst growing and embracing new skill sets.
