Easteden Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in a range of operational, clinical and professional leadership duties within a care home setting.

The role involves coordinating staffing, resident care, governance and quality assurance, with a focus on safeguarding and delivering high-quality, person-centred care for residents living with dementia or complex needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse on the live NMC Register.
• Minimum of 2 years’ senior/leadership experience in a regulated care setting.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams within a care environment.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, governance, workforce management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Home Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Oversee staffing, rota coordination and workforce planning for service needs.
• Support governance, quality assurance, audits and continuous improvement.
• Escalate safeguarding, clinical issues and regulatory concerns as required.
• Promote resident wellbeing, dignity and positive daily experiences for residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance across the Home.
