Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd. is seeking a confident Deputy Home Manager to support the day-to-day running of a welcoming care home on the outskirts of Dumfries.

The role requires strong clinical leadership and experience in a nursing home environment. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration, hold leadership experience at Clinical Lead or Unit Manager level, and have unrestricted UK Right to Work.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in a nursing home environment.
• Leadership at Clinical Lead/Unit Manager/Senior Nurse level in a care home.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of the care home.
• Develop and lead the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance and care delivery.
• Lead with a strong clinical background to drive improvements and compliance.
