Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings and a strong grasp of compliance and quality standards
• Leadership experience with developing and motivating teams

Responsibilities

• Assess and ensure high quality, person-centred support for all individuals
• Lead safer recruitment in line with Regulation 19
• Maintain health and safety knowledge and compliance
• Stand in for the manager when required
• Attend and contribute to staff, service user and family meetings
• Administer prescribed medications with proper monitoring
• Organise and accompany service user outings as per care programme
