Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to oversee resident care when the Home Manager is away, and to mentor staff with a focus on compassionate, person-centered care. You will ensure compliance with National Standards and supervise teams to deliver exceptional service in a Dementia, Residential, and Specialist care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with National Standards in care
• Background in person-led care planning for a care home
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Ensure care aligns with regulatory standards and best practices
• Act as deputy in Home Manager's absence and provide leadership
• Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic, resident-focused care
• Maintain meaningful resident care records and documentation
