Job summary

Lloyd's Register International is hiring a Deputy Home Manager for the Icknield Court home in Princes Risborough (HP27 0HE). The role is residential, 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £35,666 per annum.

You will support the Home Manager in managing staff rotas, training, occupancy, and cost controls. The role requires leadership experience in elderly care, strong communication and a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams in elderly care settings.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to balance care standards with occupancy and financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Home Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Plan rosters, recruit staff and deliver inductions and mandatory training.
• Monitor performance and address issues to maintain high care standards.
• Support occupancy growth and cost management at the home.
