Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Deputy Home Manager in Oldbury to support a young person with complex needs in a residential setting. You will lead the care team, oversee safeguarding, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

The role requires NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care and experience in a similar setting. The permanent full-time position offers a salary of £29,952–£39,936 per annum with day and night shifts.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Home Manager to provide high quality, person centered support to a young individual with complex care and support needs within a residential care setting in Oldbury, West Midlands area.You will be working for one of UK's leading children's healthcare providers

As a Deputy Home Manager your key duties include:

• Support the Registered Manager in leading and managing the home
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the care team

• Manage incidents safely and effectively

• Support care planning, risk assessments, and behaviour management plans
• Build positive relationships with the child, staff team, and external professionals
• Ensure the home meets regulatory and quality standards

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care + experience working in a similar role and setting
