Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care and relevant experience.
• Experience with safeguarding, care planning and behaviour management.
• Ability to lead a care team and build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager in leading and managing the home.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the care team.
• Promote positive behaviour support strategies.
• Manage incidents safely and effectively.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care practice.
• Support care planning, risk assessments, and behaviour management plans.
• Build positive relationships with the child, staff team, and external professionals.
• Ensure the home meets regulatory and quality standards.
