Clinical Deputy Manager – Bridgnorth, Wolverhampton

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm – 40 hour contract

Time Recruitment is supporting a medium sized care group with over 32 homes collectively in their search for a Clinical Deputy Manager to support this outstanding service as it undergoes a period of change! The service is a 65-bedded Nursing and Residential Service with dementia care, now seeking a dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to join their team due to progression! You will work closely with the new Home Manager; who was the deputy and she will be taking over in the New Year.

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:
  • Lead and support clinical teams within the home
  • Work alongside the Home Manager to ensure high standards of care and governance
  • Oversee clinical systems and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Provide resilience and stability, bringing longevity and commitment to the role
