About The Role

As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the clinical care provided exceeds professional standards and legal requirements. This includes offering specialist nursing support, taking responsibility in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervising colleagues to deliver empathetic, resident-centered care.

About You

HC-One seeks a Deputy Home Manager with a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards, and experience in person-centered care planning within a care home. You should have positive energy, be a natural mentor, manage time effectively, and communicate kindly with residents and colleagues.
