Position: Deputy Nursing Home Manager

Salary: £45k Per Annum

Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week (2 supernumerary & 2 x clinical shifts)

The Details:

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will lead, inspire, and engage your team to deliver outstanding personalized care and support to residents, enabling them to enjoy later life to the full. You will assist the Home Manager with CQC compliance, audits, rota, recruitment, mentoring, appraisals, and more. Developing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships and being a role model for staff are key aspects of the role.

This service specializes in various areas of care including elderly, dementia, and physical disabilities. It is purpose-built and has a GOOD CQC rating.
