Brava Education, working with a small independent specialist school in Derbyshire, is seeking a permanent Deputy Headteacher. This hands-on senior leadership role sits in a trauma-informed, therapeutic setting, partnering with the Headteacher in a two-person team to shape the school's next development stage.

You will oversee curriculum across KS4/KS5, possibly take SENCo/DSL duties, lead pastoral care and teaching, and work closely with clinical and residential colleagues to ensure consistent

Qualifikationen

• QTS required and eligible for Deputy Headteacher level.
• Experience as Assistant Headteacher or above in special or SEMH school.
• Trauma-informed practice with SEMH pupils.

• Lead curriculum and quality assurance across KS4/KS5, including outdoor learning.
• Take on SENCo or DSL responsibilities as appropriate.
