Qualifications

• Senior leader with strong understanding of teaching and learning
• Experience in curriculum development, assessment and pupil progress
• Ability to use evidence and data to drive school improvement
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and partnership working

Responsibilities

• Secure the very best education and outcomes for all pupils
• Lead teaching and learning, monitor quality and intervene when needed
• Support and develop staff and build strong school community
• Deputise for the Headteacher when required
