A commitment to safeguarding and inclusion is essential, with a focus on developing staff and partnerships. Candidates will deputise for the Headteacher when required and may visit the academy to learn more about the role and Trust values.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior leader with strong teaching and learning focus.
• Ability to use evidence and data to drive school improvement.
• Proven track record in safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Work with Headteacher and Trust leadership to secure high standards for all pupils.
• Monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of provision across the school.
• Lead change and develop staff; build strong relationships with the school community.
• Deputise for the Headteacher when required and participate in strategic planning.
