Responsibilities

• Lead teaching and learning improvements through curriculum development, assessment and pupil progress to drive school improvement and secure high standards.
• Develop and motivate staff, lead change, and build strong relationships across the school community with a focus on safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing.
