Job summary

Witherslack Group's Deputy Head Teacher role invites you to shape the future of The Eaves in Westbury, guiding learners with ADHD, ASD, SLCN and SEMH. Qualifications

• Previous teaching experience with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Minimum of 2 years leadership and management experience.
• Proven drive to raise teaching and learning quality.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop a robust staff team.
• Experience supporting DSL through a DDSL capacity.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for the school alongside the Head Teacher.
• Lead on school improvement and implementation of plans.
• Ensure the right people and resources are in place for pupils’ progress.
• Support and develop staff to create an inclusive, effective learning environment.
