Woodstock House in Greater London is seeking an experienced teacher and pastoral leader to develop curriculum, teaching and learning, assessment and staff development within a strong SEND ethos.

You will work closely with the Headteacher to move between big-picture strategy and classroom practice, ensuring personalised provision and meaningful progress for every pupil aged 4–13. You will also help shape school improvement and staff development in a creative, flexible environment.

• Provide outstanding teaching and learning for pupils with SEND.

• Develop assessment and tracking systems that inform practice, not just spreadsheets.
• Support teachers through coaching and professional development.
• Promote consistency and high expectations across teaching and learning.
• Use data to identify progress, gaps and development areas.
• Reflect EHCP outcomes in teaching and curriculum planning.
• Collaborate with therapists and SEND professionals for holistic education.
• Teach a small number of lessons while staying connected to classroom practice.
